5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kla88. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and permanent banning from the platform:
- Using any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Colluding with other players, operating as part of a betting syndicate, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or coordinated betting strategies intended to guarantee profit.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, system glitch or misconfigured game rule that creates an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are considered void and will be reclaimed by kla88.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any transaction that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your kla88 account. kla88 treats any chargeback as a material breach of these terms and will pursue recovery of any funds subject to chargeback through all available means.
6. Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Tools

- Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

- Time-out: you may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any kla88 platform content without prior written authorisation from kla88. 8. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
kla88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available around the clock. However, kla88 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party payment provider outages and events outside kla88's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, natural disasters and regulatory actions) may cause temporary interruptions. kla88 is not liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities or other damages arising directly or indirectly from platform unavailability.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kla88's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to kla88 in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
kla88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if kla88 reasonably determines that any of the following apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or duplicate account creation.
- kla88 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a court order, a regulatory direction, or a law enforcement request.
- kla88 suspects the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing or any other financial crime.
10. Amendments to These Terms
Right to Amend
kla88 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kla88 will notify registered players via a notice on the platform or by other reasonable means. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. If you continue to use kla88 after the amended terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using kla88 and request account closure.
